Help Desk:
Access to our Help Desk consultants is included in the annual maintenance agreement bundled with the purchase of the Orion SPC Advantage Software or Orion Workstation. A consultant will be available to answer your questions regarding SPC concepts or use of the software or workstation from 8am to 6pm EST Monday through Friday.

Training programs are offered as either one or two day workshops and can be provided on-site at your facility, at our training facility in Cincinnati Ohio, or on location at most conference centers.
Our facility in Cincinnati accommodates up to 20 individuals per session and includes a shop tour to help illustrate proper implementation of the topics covered.
Each workshop includes a workbook with the presentation material included, hands-on group exercises, and pre and post training assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the training. After successful completion of the workshop, each class member who receives a passing grade on the post training assessment is given a certificate as evidence of his/her proficiency in the newly acquired skill.
