    • Training for the administrators of the Orion System will also be provided.

  • Setting up the stand for additional fixtures
  • Changing out probes and encoders
  • Altering the pneumatic sequences
  • Backing up the server
  • Limited server functions
  • Statistical analysis interpretation and trouble shooting
  • Generating new parts, operations, and characteristics

    STS will provide personnel for installation on-site

    Work with your team to install and properly configure the Orion system.

    Prior to delivery of the Orion workstation repeatability and reproducibility tests will be performed. Correlation tests will also be conducted with CMM or similar agreed upon method to ensure accuracy of the gauging systems.

    Annual maintenance contract available:

  • Telephone technical support
  • Software upgrades
  • Pneumatic probe warranty limiting repair cost to $250.00 for any repair of pneumatic probes.

  • On-Site SPC workshop.
  • Off-Site Training for operators and Administrators at STS facilities.
